How much does a 3PL charge per order?
Most 3PLs bill for receiving, storage, and a pick-and-pack fee per order, plus postage. Your total depends on order volume, units per order, box size and extras like kitting. Use the calculator above for a ballpark, then we'll quote your real numbers.
Can you handle food and products with expiration dates?
Yes, that's our core business. We record the lot and best-by date for every unit we receive, pick first-expired-first-out, and alert you before stock gets close to its date so you can run a promotion instead of a write-off.
Can one warehouse do both FBA prep and direct-to-consumer?
Yes. We hold one pool of inventory and use it for both. We ship your FBA replenishments to Amazon and fulfill Shopify, Walmart or FBM orders from the same shelves, so you never split stock between two warehouses.
How long does onboarding take?
Most brands are shipping within two weeks. Connecting stores takes a day or two; the rest depends on when your inventory arrives. We receive and put away within 48 hours of delivery.
Why a 3PL in Greenville, South Carolina?
Greenville sits on I-85 between Atlanta and Charlotte, near the SC Inland Port and GSP airport. Ground parcels reach most of the Southeast and East Coast in one to two days, which keeps shipping costs and delivery times down for the customers who buy the most.
Is there a minimum volume or a contract?
No long-term contract. We work best with brands shipping a few hundred orders a month or more, but tell us what you've got and we'll be straight with you about whether we're a fit.
